Companion Dog Training Waiver Course Participants: Companion Dog Training and the trainers employed by them can accept no responsibility whatsoever for the conduct of other dogs attending the obedience courses or heir owners or other factors beyond their control.  Accordingly, as a condition of registration in the obedience class you are required to sign the waiver below, releasing Companion Dog Training, their agents, or employees from any liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or injury which your or your dog may suffer unless caused solely and exclusively by the gross negligence of Companion dog Training, their agents or employees.
